I think Split a/b model will work best for my students as this model will give them the opportunity to work with the teacher at the same time work asynchronously at home at their own pace with the help of videos and material provided by the teacher. This model also helps teacher to pay close attention to students because of small classroom sizes. This model will help mainly because my students have big gaps of learning and this way I can help in organizing my class according to individual needs of my students. In future can also look into Hyflex model of teaching as it can help in identifying the students who need more help through face to face teaching, can identify students who can work well being online and be at their best by being provided with resources. This way it will be even more focused teaching and learning process.
