    from the students’ perspective, it is vital that the station should be focused, and all the content in regards the station should be targeted towards the subject being taught. Questions should be addressed accordingly.

    Teacher’s perspective, all students should be engaged participating effectively and actively.

    Part 1: blogs, articles and other educational resources are great examples of playlists and Hyperdocs. Searching based on grade level, subject and topics in which you would like the students to work on. There are great examples on these playlists and Hyperdocs, will

    Part 2: The discussion board helps and you share a favorite hyperdoc or playlist. Using the discussion board, I have found a great hyperdoc and its very helpful.

    In order to implement a flipped classroom approach in your classroom.

    2-3 steps you would take to implement a flipped-classroom approach in your classroom.
    – Create classes using common clever app
    – If the flipped classroom is available, I would use a convenient video for this.
    – Before assigning the video viewing assignment, I would set expectations for my the students.

    It is hard for students to learn to work independently at home since they have lots of distractions and lack of motivation. T

    I definitely think the reflection journal helps a lot as to them expressing their every day feelings. It would be thru google classroom where I post a question where students reflect on certain topics. This has help me understand and bond with my students.

    I personally would choose the split A/B model. I think that anyone could benefit more from small groups since it provides a better quality of education since they are able to complete assignments online from home but also have the opportunity to learn in-person. It also helps the students stay engage since a smaller group and are able to either participate or ask questions as needed. It would also allow me to connect with my students in a more personal level.
