What are some methods you have used with students who need extra time on classwork? To help students who need extra time to finish their assignment, I allow them to submit it the same day if they are completely done or the next day to allow them to continue working.
What are some methods you use for those who finish early? For students who finish early, I have them create their own problem, be able to solve it and explain in to another student who also finish early.

What aspects of blended learning are already an active part of your teaching practice? In my school, we use google classroom for students to have access to the class presentations, to submit their work and to inform about important school announcements.
What is an area or two for which you would need to develop your practice? An area for development is to learn about more online resources to use in the classroom as well as outside the classroom to help students have more time to interact with the topics we are covering.

The blended learning model that would work best is the HyFlex model. The main reason why I think would be very beneficial for my students is because it provides the course material in a traditional way but also a flexibility for online work. It gives students more time to complete assignments for due dates or to review online material online instead of limited to only a certain class period.
My classroom would look like some students connected for the live sessions and participating actively in person, and online. Some asking questions in person or emailing them later after rewatching the class topic video.

My initial thoughts about blended learning is that is a great way to promote curiosity and learning opportunities.
My definition of blended learning is that is a combination of in person learning and digital or virtual learning.
I would rate myself a 2-3 with me experience in blended learning.
