I think the biggest challenge is focusing on the task at hand even when “distractions” come up. For example, if you are grading assignments that take time and attention and you get an email or a colleagues message in google chat – in order not to lose your work flow, ignore the email or chat. I also recommend listening to the music or something else that helps you focus.
