Streamlining Your Digital Workspace
One tool that has really helped me stay organized is called OneTab (https://www.one-tab.com). OneTab is a browser extension that takes all your open tabs and saves them into a single list. Instead of having dozens of tabs open and frantically trying to find what I am looking for, I can just click OneTab.
I use OneTab when I’m planning lessons or prepping for class. I’ll gather all the websites I need such as data, articles, curriculum, and send them to OneTab. When it’s time to teach, I can easily bring them back up or even share the list with my students through one link. It keeps things much cleaner and more manageable. I also use this frequently when writing IEPs.
This tool has definitely made my teaching and planning efficient. It cuts down on time spent searching through tabs and helps keep me focused. For students, getting all their resources in one place makes things less confusing and helps them stay on track.
