    For students who need extra time for classwork I allow them to complete the classwork at home or I ask the students who have already finished the classwork to form groups with the ones who haven’t finished and help them complete the classwork. Then I go around the classroom visiting the groups and identifying the reasons why some of the students weren’t able to finish the classwork by themselves. Finally, when all the students have completed the classwork I review and explain specific points that weren’t clear for some of the students by using extra examples and connecting to the next lesson.

    I definitely believe in the Flip model. My students prepare at home and then either in class or online we discuss in groups and then engage in class wide discussions or debates.

    Blended learning is the combination of traditional and online learning methods. It gives students more flexibility and time to study, prepare and learn.

    My initial thoughts on blended learning are that it is the best alternative for students to learn while using technology in a productive way.
